Once a decision has been taken on the approach, we then work with the relevant Law Enforcement Authorities to arrange for enforcement which may involve market raids culminating in seizure of infringing goods, closure of culprits’ outlets and or factories, arrests of the culprits or their representatives and interrogation for deeper insights.

Judicial actions in form of prosecution is at the client’s discretion.
